A completely unique yeast blend that was specially developed for The Home Brewery based on styles that are consumed the most at the moment, ie NEIPA. This yeast is a blend made up of Ebbegarden Kveik and Vermont Ale to get as stable and predictable fermentation as possible but at the same time a good haze and biotransformation. Perfect for a clean and crisp NEIPA.

Fermentation temperature: 20 - 22c
