Chemclean from Chemisphere UK is a very effective alkaline cleaner that can be used both hot and cold, and is widely used by brewers for rough cleaning of brewing equipment, yeast tanks, cornelius barrels and the like. The detergent is effective on stainless steel, soft metals, plastic and glass.Chemclean removes proteins, stains, carbon and fatty acids and gives excellent results in both hard and soft water.Equivalent to PBW, Craftclean and similar alkaline cleaning products.Instructions for use:- Mixing ratio: Dissolve 50 g of Chemclean in 5 liters of water for manual cleaning (scrubbing). 50 g per 20 liters of water when soaking. The dosage can be increased up to 5% depending on the dirt conditions.- Remove as much loose dirt as possible by rinsing equipment and containers before cleaning.- Manual cleaning: Scrub all surfaces with the cleaner until all surfaces are clean.- Circulation cleaning: Use 50 g per 20 liters of water for fermentation vessels, barrels, tanks and other equipment. Circulate for 30 minutes with temperature up to 60°C. Mixing ratio and circulation time may need to be adjusted depending on the amount of dirt.- Soaking: Ensure that all equipment to be cleaned is completely submerged. Soak for 4 hours at temperature up to 60°C, or soak cold overnight. Rinse equipment thoroughly after cleaning. The solution can be reused during the cleaning process. These copper counter flow chillers are probably one of the fastest ways to chill wort. They are similarly efficient as the 30 plate chillers however they are easier to clean as they do not have all the small crevasses to trap hop material and other solids. The copper is a very good conductor of heat. These units are 23cm in diameter and about 18cm high. The input and output are approximately 10mm outside diameter. These can be used with gravity but are recommended to use with a pump. NOTE: Connectors/couplings are not included.

The Brewly Tap Quick Connect Kit (1/2" BSP/NPT) fits most tap faucets on breweries and sparge water heaters, and is perfect for those who want to recirculate in a brewery or other with, for example, an external pump. Fits 10mm and 12mm silicone hose, max outer diameter 14mm. Stiffer hoses such as PVC need to have an inner diameter of approx. 12mm to fit. Contains:- 1 copper coupling with ball coupling (female) at one end and 1/2" BSP (NPT) coupling at the other- 1 steel coupling with a ball coupling (male) at one end and 1/2" BSP (NPT) threads at the other, which fits, for example, a standard tap faucet (see link below).

Ascorbic acid, also called Vitamin C, is used to prevent oxidation in drinks (approx. 0.2g/L) and preserve mash, jam or marmalade, take 0.5 - 1 krm per kilo of fruit (1 krm=1 spice measure = approx. 1 g) . To get an even distribution, it's good to stir it into a small part of the mash/jam/marmalade first and then stir it in with the rest.You can also mix ascorbic acid with water to drink to increase the intake of vitamin C.  In beer, use in mash and/or with dry hopping to svoid oxidation:- Mash: Add to mash in the beginning of mashing. - Dry Hopping Add along with hops during dry hopping (DO NOT STIRR or aggitate the beer, this would increase oxidation in the prescence of oxygen).Recommended dosage is 0.1g/L, i.e. 1g for 10L (1 spice measure) and 2g for 20L (2 spice measures) in both mash and dry hops. Upgrade your 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 with the all new barbed magnetic driven pump. This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4. This model was once a Green Demon (Green Colour), it has now been switched over to a Grey Goblin (Gun Metal Grey Colour). To upgrade the 65L BrewZilla Gen 4, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes prefitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6 watt pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6w pump. Please see product photos for particular configurations, standard config using ball valve, or Oli's Hail Mary configuration (braided hosing sold separately). Standard Configuration - No additional fittings/hoses requiredThis configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilising the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla.It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration ~ Oli's Hail MaryFor this method you will need about a 165mm piece of 12mm ID hosing, preferably braided. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece of ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25w pump to do all of the transferring/recirculating needs.Please see product photos for configuration types. This pump can also be used around your brewery, but you will need an electrician to fit a 10a plug to it.
